Q. Returns?
A. Strictly No Returns Without Authorization. All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods. Authorized items returned for credit are subject to a 20% handling or restocking charge. 1 ¾ % service charge per month on all past due accounts. 50% off non refundable deposits required on all special orders. No returns will be accepted on special orders. No representations, guarantees, and or warranties have been made by Seller to buyer regarding the merchantability, fitness for intended purpose and or quality o f the goods sold. All representations made by seller, if any are superseded by the representations in this invoice. Any dispute regarding the goods sold pursuant to this invoice are subject to laws of the State of Texas . Venue for any such dispute lies in Dallas County, Texas. Buyer agrees to arbitrate any claim it may have against seller in Dallas county, Texas in lieu of litigation. $30 charge on all returned checks.
